Two Canadians meet in Austria’s capital. They share a cold beer and, though it’s refreshing, it makes them long for the Craft Brews of their North American homeland. So, two Canadians decide to start their own brewery and bring that taste of home to Vienna.
Studying beer brewing including the science of hops, malt and yeast since 2008, they now push the boundaries of brewing every chance they get.
By experimenting with new recipes, and revisiting the tried and true ones of the past, Deux Kanadier journey through the process of brewing in every sense (and scents) of the experience. From uncovering hidden hops alcoves around Vienna’s city limits, to analyzing organoleptic properties of yeasts, these two science the shit out of beer.
